Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase. Once shipped:

  • UK delivery typically takes  4 working days
  • International delivery usually takes 7–10 working days, depending on location

These are estimates and may be affected by external factors like customs delays, which are unfortunately beyond our control. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on the way.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We also offer priority shipping for faster delivery.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for customs clearance fees or any holding times imposed by your country’s customs office.

  • For international orders, please double-check your address. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete details, we’ll reach out to confirm and re-ship. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

However, you may request a refund for eligible items returned within 28 days of purchase.
Due to hygiene standards, only unworn waist beads are eligible for return. Items showing signs of wear cannot be refunded.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing us with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Important Notes

  • UK Orders: Shipped via Yodel
  • International Orders: Shipped via DPD

Delays from Yodel or DPD are outside of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at contact@waistbeadsbynora.com we’re here to help.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • In the case of damaged items, we refund the cost of the beads only, not the original shipping fee.
  • Please do not reject delivery due to customs fees. If a parcel is refused and returned to us, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
