Inventory is updated regularly. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer a refund, store credit, or suitable alternative.

5. Purchasing From Us

5.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to place an order.

5.2 Payment

We accept major payment methods (e.g. Debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, ApplePay). By placing an order, you confirm you’re authorized to use the selected payment method.

5.3 Orders

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation and tracking email. Payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in pricing
  • Suspected fraud or misuse

6. Shipping & Returns

6.1 Shipping

We ship within the UK and internationally. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout.

Important notes:

  • Customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Ensure your address is correct; returned orders due to errors will incur re-shipping costs

6.2 Returns

We accept returns of unworn items within 28 days. For sanitary reasons, worn beads cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your eligible return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.4 Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us within 24 hours of purchase. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
